British model and musician Karen Elson has signed to Liz Matthews PR for global representation as part of a roster that includes Alexa Chung, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Atlanta de Cadenet Taylor and Gemma Cairney.

Elson has appeared on international covers for publications including Vogue, Harper's Bazaar and Marie Claire and has fronted campaigns for Louis Vuitton, Versace, Christian Dior, Burberry and CHANEL among others. She was founder of The Citizens Band and her first solo album, The Ghost That Walks, was released to critical acclaim in 2010.
